Weigh Station
Cooperativa 19 is one of the founding organisations of the Weigh Station project (cultural association since 2019) that regenerate the spaces of Casa della Pesa, a wonderful historic building in Bolzano, now home to the Waag project – a cultural hub in the heart of the South Tyrolean capital.
Weigh Station attracts, promotes, and gathers a community of young professionals of culture and creativity working in South Tyrol. It is a an experimental laboratory that creates opportunities for in-depth study of the most current themes of innovation expressed by the needs of cultural and creative operators. It supports training by professionalizing workshops and promotes networking and collaboration opportunities through expert consultants. Moreover, each year the WS Call supports creative and cultural projects in Bolzano. The heart of Weigh Station is the WS wall, a community of more than 450 young South Tyrolean creative talents.
